ROTELLE LUNCHEON SALAD | |
4 c. (8 oz.) Rotelle, uncooked 2 c. cooked chicken 1 tomato, chopped 2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets 1 med. cucumber, chopped 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing Cook Rotelle noodles according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well. Combine chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, broccoli and Rotelle in large bowl. Add dressing; toss lightly. Chill at least 2 hours, tossing occasionally. 4 to 6 servings. |
