1 c. icing sugar
2 oz. mint flavored chocolate chips
3 tbsp. heavy cream
1 tbsp. unsalted butter

Place sugar, chocolate and cream in top portion of a double boiler. Cook until mixture is completely melted; stir constantly. Remove sauce and cool 1 minute. Whisk in butter until completely incorporated. Let sauce cool slightly before using.
