RICH THICK CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
4 squares unsweetened chocolate, cut in sm. pieces
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. warm milk, cream, sherry or coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Blend in blender until smooth. This is luscious sauce. Use it for ice cream, pudding, or for frosting a cake. Keep it, if you can, in refrigerator. I've used all the variations of liquid and we like them all.
