MARINATED STEAK 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. sesame seed
4 med. onions, sliced
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) round steak or beef chuck steak

In large skillet heat oil, add sesame seed and cook until golden. Remove from heat. Cool for a few minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir. Pour 1/2 of marinade in pan large enough to hold the steak, add meat, then pour rest of marinade over the meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn the meat occasionally.

Place steak on grill or in broiler. Broil 30 minutes or until desired doneness, brushing frequently with marinade, and turning the steak occasionally. Add onions for the last 5-10 minutes.
