MARINATED FLANK STEAK 
1-2 lb. piece flank steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. ginger
3/4 c. salad oil

Combine all ingredients in a large jar with lid and shake well for several minutes. The honey and oil must be blended well. Marinate 10 hours. (Turn meat several times during the day.) Grill 10 minutes on one side and then 6 minute son the other side or until done. Note: I usually double the recipe and purchase two smaller pieces of steak.
