WILD RICE HOT DISH 
1 (6 oz.) box long grain & wild rice
2 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lg. onions, diced
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. diced celery
1 can bean sprouts
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cans chicken rice soup
1 or 2 cans mushrooms

Prepare rice as directed on box. Brown beef, celery and onion and add to rice. Add soy sauce, bean sprouts, mushrooms and 2 soups. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Can be made ahead and frozen.
