3 c. cooked beets
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. chopped chives (optional)

Slice beets. Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler. Heat thoroughly over boiling water. Serves 6.
