ALMOND CRISPS | |
1 c. butter 2 c. powdered sugar 2 egg yolks 1 tsp. almond extract 2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped almonds 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces Blend butter with one cup of the powdered sugar. Beat in egg yolks and almond extract. Add flour, salt, almonds, and chocolate pieces and stir until well mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Dust cookies with powdered sugar. Store in airtight container. |
