CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 head lettuce
3-6 green onions, sliced
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted in a pan
3 chicken breasts, cooked & cut in bite size pieces

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2-3 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Heat all ingredients except oil over low heat to melt the sugar. Then add oil. Marinate the cooked chicken in dressing. Mix all ingredients when ready to serve.
