PINEHURST APPETIZER 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) jars of artichoke hearts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle of garlic powder

Mash artichoke hearts and combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into a shallow casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with unflavored crackers.
