REUBEN ROLL 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. or so caraway seed
1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. creamy Russian dressing
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can sauerkraut, drained & chopped
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and seasonings. Work mixture until well blended.

On sheet of waxed paper, shape mixture into 6"x14" rectangle. sprinkle with chopped sauerkraut and grated Swiss, leaving a 1" border around all edges. Starting with narrow end, carefully roll the mixture, jelly roll fashion, using waxed paper as a guide. Bake in a shallow baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
