HASH BROWN SCALLOP POTATOES 
1 can cream of potato
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. 10 oz. frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine soup, sour cream and garlic salt. Add onions, potatoes and Cheddar cheese; mix well. Pour into a 10 x 13 baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
