FLYING FARMER CHICKEN SALAD 
5 c. chicken, cooked & cubed

Marinate 6 to 8 hours in: 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. orange juice 1 tsp. salt

Drain chicken after marinating and combine with: 1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained 1 c. slivered almonds 1 1/2 c. green grapes, halved 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained 1 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
