2 c. boiling water
6 oz. orange Jello
16 oz. crushed pineapple, don't drain juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. chopped walnuts

Add boiling water to gelatin until dissolved. Add crushed pineapple and sugar and mix well. Refrigerate until firm. Whip up cream (may want to add vanilla extract and sugar to sweeten), on high speed until whipped cream forms stiff peaks. Before adding whipped cream, break up gelatin (with spoon) into small pieces, then fold in whipped cream. Add cheese and walnuts and mix thoroughly. Chill and enjoy. It's delicious.
