CRANBERRY DELIGHT SALAD | |
1 lb. whole fresh cranberries 1 c. sugar 1 pt. whipping cream 1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz.) miniature marshmallows 1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Grind cranberries with food grinder using fine, keep juice. Add sugar and mix well and set aside for 2 hours. Whip cream to peak stage, fold in marshmallows and set aside for 2 hours. Combine cranberry mixture and cream mixture with drained pineapple and nuts. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Serves 8 to 10. |
