PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix with wooden spoon flour, sugar, baking soda, eggs, nuts and pineapple with juice. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes - cool and top with topping.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Cream soft cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla and confectioners' sugar together. Spread over cooled cake, refrigerate until frosting is set.
