CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 head cauliflower
1 c. leftover meat
1 can cream style corn
1 lg. onion
2 c. milk

Clean and slice flowerettes, chopped onion. Put in 4 quart pan. Add enough water to cover, add meat. Salt and pepper to taste. When cauliflower is done, add milk and corn. More milk may be added (smoked ham adds more flavor).
