LASAGNA 
1 carton cottage cheese
3 tbsp. oil
2 lb. ground meat, beef or venison
1 1/2 env. onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) can patio tomatoes with chilies
1 (13 1/2 oz.) tomato juice
1 can mushrooms soup
1 pkg. O.B. lasagna noodles
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix and cook slightly browning meat. Sprinkle soup mixture over meat and add tomato juice and chilies. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Cook noodles as directed. Put 1/2 meat over one layer of noodles. Cover with cottage cheese, also use 1/2 of other cheese, repeat. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly.
