PEACH CUSTARD PIE 
Fresh peach halves to cover pie shell
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Place peach halves in bottom of unbaked pastry lined pie pan.

Mix all the ingredients and pour over the peaches. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees then at 350 degrees until done.
