CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME 
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. paprika
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breasts, halved and deboned
1 3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening

Combine sour cream, lemon juice and seasonings. Coat chicken with sour cream mixture and refrigerate overnight. Roll chicken in crumbs. Arrange in baking dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
