HAM & CHEESE QUICHE 
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. grated cheddar
1/2 c. grated Swiss
1/2 c. minced ham
2 c. half & half
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 (9 inch) pie crust shell

Paint bottom of shell with mustard. Fill shell with cheeses. Distribute ham evenly over cheese. Mix together cream, chives, onion, salt and eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
