POTATO - TOPPED CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. chili powder 1 can (16 oz.) sliced green beans, drained 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup 2 c. mashed potatoes 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Add seasonings, green beans and tomato soup. Turn into a 2 quart casserole. Spread mashed potatoes over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. |
