SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE WITH
TOPPING
 
4-5 cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. plain flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
