SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE WITH
TOPPING
 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter

Combine ingredients, mixing well and pour into buttered baking dish. Mix ingredients for topping and add to top of potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Do not over bake.
