MINNESOTA CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. whole raw cranberries
1 lg. apple, diced
1 can pineapple, diced (or 2 c. fresh)
1 orange or tangelo
1 c. raspberries (fresh or frozen), no sugar

Wash and pick over cranberries. With steel blade, process in blender or processor, very briefly. Until cranberries are "slushy" but not liquified. Dice remaining fruit; place in bowl with cranberries.

DRESSING:

1 lg. ripe banana
1/2 c. pineapple or orange juice
1/4 c. non-fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon

Blend together dressing ingredients; mix into fruit. Chill before serving. Serves 4-6.
