COOKED CRANBERRY SALAD | |
2 c. raw cranberries, cooked until they pop 1 1/2 c. water 1 c. sugar (add with gelatin) 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin 1/2 c. crushed pineapple 1/2 c. pecans (optional) 1 c. apples, chopped Combine cranberries and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Then add 1 regular package gelatin. Now add sugar. Chill until gelatin begins to set. Add pineapple, nuts and apple. Return to refrigerator. May be placed in gelatin mold, if desired. |
