CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 c. raw cranberries, ground
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. apple, diced
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in water. Cool. Refrigerate until thickened. Add sugar to cranberries. Add all ingredients to gelatin. Refrigerate until set. Serve with salad dressing or whipped cream. Number of servings: 8. For a big crowd, I double this recipe using a 6 ounce package of Jello.
