MOCK QUICHE | |
1 can (8 count) Pillsbury crescent rolls 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese 3 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 sm. bell pepper 1 med. onion 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped 1 lb. cooked ground beef Salt & pepper to taste 1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line large Pyrex dish with crescent rolls and pat out to cover bottom of dish with small edge up sides. Drain cooked ground beef and spread over crust. Add beaten eggs mixed with milk evenly over ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle chopped onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and olives evenly over meat. Top with coarsely grated cheeses. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until crust is browned and filling is set. Leftovers heat well in microwave. Served with salad makes entire meal. |
