3 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk

Mix together cocoa, flour and sugar. Add enough milk to make a paste. Pour rest of milk in pan and get hot. Stir in the cocoa, flour and sugar paste and cook until it thickens.
