CHOCOLATE GRAVY 
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. dry cocoa
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cocoa; cream together. Add salt. Pour in all together sugar and milk. Stir constantly over heat until thickened. Add vanilla and serve hot over toast or biscuits.
