CHOCOLATE DELIGHT CAKE 
2 1/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. Crisco
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 sticks butter
2 boxes powdered sugar
4 oz. German chocolate
1/4 c. hot water

Melt chocolate in 1/4 cup hot water. Add the two packages cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar and cream together. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Mix Crisco, 3 cups of icing mixture, and eggs, add dry ingredients and milk. Add vanilla. Bake in three layers for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Ice layers with remaining icing.
