CHICKEN MARINADE 
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover chicken with marinade and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. This makes enough to marinate 4-6 chicken breasts.
