TERIYAKI MARINADE FOR STEAK OR
CHICKEN
 
1 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. corn oil
1/2 c. honey
4 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients and pour over steak or chicken. Refrigerate for 3 to 8 hours. Turn meat over halfway through marinating period. Barbecue on grill or broil
