CHICKEN IN CHINESE MARINADE | |
3-5 lb. chicken parts 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp. ketchup 1 tsp. Five Spices 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. sweet red wine Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken for 6-8 hours (or overnight). Put chicken and marinade in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. You can substitute chicken with beef, pork, or veal. |
