CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 med. onion, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2-2 c. milk to dilute soups
2 lg. potatoes, diced
3/4 bag frozen mixed vegetables
Puff Pastry, thawed

Mix together first 7 ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with Puff Pastry rolled out to fit pan. Slit top for steam to escape. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Top should be golden brown.)
