BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
12 eggs, beaten
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. browned sausage
6 slices bread, broken in pieces
2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9"x13" casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 12 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.

You can also substitute 1 pound of browned bacon cut into 1" pieces instead of sausage, or use turkey breakfast sausage. This recipe is very versatile because you can also add vegetables or use different cheeses.
