STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST 
4 whole boneless chicken breasts, slightly pounded
4 1/2 oz. slices Jarlsberg cheese
4 thin slices Prosciutto ham

Pound chicken thin. Place 1 slice cheese and 1 slice ham on chicken breast; fold over. Flour folded chicken breast on both sides. Saute in melted butter until golden; remove to baking dish and finish baking in 350 degree oven. Serve over basil compote. Serves 4.
