Blend in: 1 tsp. vanilla

Sift: 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder

Add gradually to mixture. Drop by rounded tsp. on greased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Make a slight depression with teaspoon in the center of each and place 1/2 tsp. of pineapple filling in the center. Bake 350 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
