PINEAPPLE FILLED COOKIES 
8 eggs
1 c. Crisco
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. baking powder
6 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Pineapple preserves

In large bowl combine all ingredients except preserves. Roll into 2 inch balls and bake on cookie sheet in preheated 400 degree oven. When baked, cut in half and fill with pineapple preserves. Ice with frosting of your choice.
