MEXICAN LASAGNA 
2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 can tomato paste
2 sm. cans of taco sauce (hot)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Chicken and Rice soup
1 can diced Ortega chillies
1/2 med. onion, chopped
Garlic, salt & pepper to taste
1 pkg. corn tortillas
10 oz. Longhorn cheese
1 med. jar picante sauce
1 (8 oz.) can corn, drained

Brown hamburger and drain. Mix all ingredients, except the tortillas and cheese, with the meat. Layer, starting with tortillas, then mixture, top with cheese (grated) and repeat until the pan (casserole dish medium to large) is full. Use greased pan or dish, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream if desired.
