MEXICAN CHEF SALAD 
1 onion
4 tomatoes
1 head lettuce
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
8 oz. French dressing
Tabasco sauce
6 oz. tortilla chips
1 avocado
1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1/4 tsp. salt

Chop the onion, tomatoes and lettuce. Add cheese, dressing and Tabasco to taste. Crunch the chips over the top. Slice and add 1 avocado. Brown the beef; add to the salad, along with beans and salt.
