STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lg. pkg. of fresh mushrooms
1/2 of a med. onion
5 slices of hard salami (chopped fine)
1 jar of Kraft Old English Cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Wash and clean mushrooms and separate stems from caps. Put caps in a baking dish. Mince stems and onion. Saute both in butter. Cook until all moisture disappears. Add salami and cheese and cook until cheese melts. Stir. Stuff mushroom caps with cheese mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
