WHOLE WHEAT GRAINS 
1 c. whole wheat
2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt

Wash whole grains of wheat until the water comes clear. Cover with boiling water and let stand overnight. Cook soaked wheat in two cups of the same water it was soaked in (saves valuable vitamins, proteins). Cook until tender. Serve with milk and sugar.

Note: DO NOT buy whole grains that have been treated for insects or rodents. Buy at grocery stores or other safe sources.
