BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
1/2 inch or thicker pork chops, number you want to serve

Flour, salt, and brown chops. Place in roaster or baking pan. Pour some catsup on each chop. Sprinkle dry mustard and celery salt on each chop. Top with slice of onion and a little brown sugar.

Add hot water to barely cover chops. Bake at least 2 hours at 350 degrees.
