BARBECUED BEEF SANDWICHES | |
1 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 (22 oz.) bottle ketchup 1 c. water 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. lemon juice 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. salt 2 tsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. mustard Cook a 4 pound chuck roast in a pressure cooker for 1 hour. Let cool in pan for 1 1/2 hours. Pull meat apart. Saute onions in butter; add meat and other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 24. |
