CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1/2 lb. marshmallows (sm. colored or white)

2 sm. or 1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jello

Strain pineapple juice and use in lemon Jello liquid. When cooled, add cheese, mayonnaise, pineapple and marshmallows. Add whipped cream, then firmly set. Pour red Jello on top, only after it's cooled and rest is cool. I make this early in the a.m. and add red Jello in the p.m. Fits in a Pyrex 13"x9" pan.

Serves 12-15.
