SPINACH IN FLOUR SAUCE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. dried onion
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 c. flour
1 1/2 lb. spinach, strained

Mix the dried onion, milk, and white pepper. Warm. Add the flour and butter. Warm until mixture is golden. Warm the spinach, but do not cook. Mix the spinach in with the flour sauce. Warm until golden. Serves 6.
