1 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 1/4 c. sugar
5 or 6 lg. garlic buds
Pinch of salad herbs
Salt
Pepper

Put oil in container. Add garlic buds and let set for 24 hours. Remove garlic and add sugar, vinegar and herbs; mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
