1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
Dash of pepper
2-3 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until thoroughly mixed. (This is a very nice dressing for spinach or any green salad.)
