SUPREME DELI SALAD 
1/2 lb. rainbow rotini, cooked and drained
1 sm. jar marinated artichoke hearts
2 1/2 oz. pepperoni, sliced
1 c. sliced cauliflowerets
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sm. broccoli flowerets
1 c. Mozzarella, diced
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Combine all ingredients and cover; chill thoroughly. Toss gently before serving.
